Usui Holy Fire® Reiki 1 is a beautiful dive into the ancient art of energy healing. Reiki is a Japanese technique to reduce stress and promote healing within the body. It is administered with light touch and can be used on oneself and others.
You need no prerequisite to take Reiki 1, just a willingness to learn.

While learning Reiki is beneficial to everyone, Reiki is especially useful for parents, massage therapists and nurses and anyone wanting to deepen their spirituality.
Reiki is a deeply transformative class. It will open your heart and change you in beautiful and exciting ways.
Reiki 1 class includes lectures, discussions, hands-on learning and Reiki manual by William Lee Rand. After completion of Reiki 1, you will be able to perform hands-on reiki techniques on yourself and others.

All information and techniques for Reiki 1 will be covered in class, including:
- The history and definition of Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki.
- Discussion and experimentation with energy, chakras and auras
- Reiki Level I Holy Fire® Attunement (Placement) which opens up all your energy channels and activates your ability to give Reiki to yourself and others.
- Ocean of Holy Love® Experience
- Reiki ethics.
- 3 Pillars of Reiki by Mikau Usui
- Guided instruction for giving treatments including: hand placements, and clearing techniques.
- Lots of practice time.
- Invitation to join Nicole's reiki student support group on facebook.

At the end of class, you will receive a certificate of completion.

What is Holy Fire® III? Holy Fire® Reiki is a type of Reiki energy introduced to the ICRT in 2014. It is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Nicole teaches the newest upgrade of this energy, Holy Fire® III.
Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Level 1 is taught by Nicole Brandt, owner of Siouxland Reiki in Le Mars and online crystal shop Spirit Nook. She is a Registered Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master and has trained with founder of the International Center for Reiki Training, William Lee Rand. Nicole believes energy healing is an important part of a healthy, holistic lifestyle and loves to add a little fun and laughter to her classes.
