Must-Have Crystals for 2024

Can you believe we are already halfway through the worst month of the year? For me anyway, January is the worst month of the year - when the weather is the harshest and I detox from all the extra fats and sugars I consumed over the holidays. As I write this, most of the US is in an Arctic deep freeze. What a great time to hunker down, cozy in, and catch up on reading or Netflix-ing.

I (along with my sister and good friend) have embarked on a 75-day health challenge where we have to accomplish several tasks every day for 75 days. This includes daily meditation, reading, workouts, and water consumption. I am 5 days in and so far so good. Are you doing a New Year challenge/resolution/restart this year?

Every year I sit down and intuitively pick out 4 crystals to enhance the year. Below are my 2024 picks. Do you have any or all of these in your collection? I have them pictured below. :)

Desert Rose

Reminds us we all belong to the same Divine/Source/God energy. This is such a beautiful and DELICATE crystal. It is much too fragile and scratchy to keep in your pocket (or bra), but it makes a lovely bedside table and meditation crystal.

Apatite

Inspires inner strength and motivation. What a great crystal for the New Year!

Mahogany Obsidian

Protection from self-doubt. Who doesn't need a little help in this department sometimes?

Bumblebee Jasper

Inspires positive change. Bumblebee Jasper is a stone of transformation. It is a great one to keep around you to make positive transformations in your life.
